We had to get a photo of our car. And just to be a tad bit more clear, Caleb was not in the "trunk" just the very back where there are no seats.

Finally a car we fit in!
My mom was mortified when we told her that Caleb sat in the trunk of our car. La Serena does not have vehicles for rent which seats more than 5 people! So...anybody reading this who is making a trip to Chile make sure you get a large rental car in Santiago! If you have 5 or less people you will be just fine renting a car in La Serena. I can't tell you how frustrated Geoff and I have been with the rental car issue!!! To be honest, I think Caleb loved it though!
